Shipping policy
In-stock items will be shipped via air freight within 1-4 business days. Delivery to most areas typically takes 10-20 business days, but remote regions may require additional time.

Please note that shipping times are calculated from the date of shipment and do not include holidays or unforeseen delays. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery, but in some cases, shipping times may be extended.

Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses. If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, customers will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging with factory seals intact. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the original packaging has been opened, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@xxedc.com. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label (return shipping costs are your responsibility), along with detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. We cannot accept returns that are sent back without prior authorization.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
